About the Job – CSI / Syteline Financials Consultant
The CSI Syteline Financials Consultant will work with the CSI team, reporting directly to the CSI Team Leader.
As a team member you will help drive the use of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine). Prior experience with implementation of CSI/Syteline is required. This position will have direct responsibility for the implementation and/or optimization of ERP software to support our customers business needs. In this position, you will work with our customers to help improve key performance measurements while making recommendations pre implementation, during implementation and post implementation to help improve our customers overall performance and to help identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation. Required 50% Travel with Remote Home office.
Your Location: Western US – preferred areas, MI, KS, NV, CO, TX – but will consider other locations.

Requirements
- ERP implementation experience (3-5 years required)
- Infor Syteline implementation (3-5 years required)
- Lead Syteline implementations and various integrations (3-5 years, preferred) Infor CSI set up and training users
- Strong understanding of and implementation experience with CSI AR and AP Processes
- Strong understanding of and implementation experience with CSI Costing
- Provide cross-functional team support to the organization
- Help scope system personalizations
- Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Work together with others as a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great personality for interacting with others
- Prior experience working with a growing organization
- Independent and self-motivated
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Financial Degree from a four-year college or university, plus three to five years experience. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
