In this role you will be directly responsible for developing and motivating your team to support the master scheduling, production planning and coordination within your scope. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Influence senior management decisions in support of factory, CPLG and Intel requirements and objectives.

  • Cross-org, cross-business influencing, issue/roadblock removal.

  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts.

  • Owns resource decisions and plans budget allocation.

  • Develop people skills/career paths, organization management processes and structure.

  • Understand and drive planning initiatives that will incorporate customer needs.

  • People Management including setting team/site directions in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply to meet demand / business objectives within inventory guidelines, ownership of budget management, key business monitors.

  • Team development and crisis management ownership.

  • Optimizing the organization.

  • Solid leadership, cross functional knowledge, business acumen, organizational development, and communication skill.

  • Sustaining an environment of continuous improvement by driving programs to improve cost reduction, resource allocation to maximize output by applying LEAN principles.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline Engineering, or related field of study with 10+ years of experience.

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields:

  • Managing a supply planning team in a dynamic supply chain environment.

  • Converting Demand into Supply build plans and running sensitivity analysis.

  • Understanding the movement of product through manufacturing and delivery; understanding dependencies and evaluating scenarios.

  • Contributing to supply chain strategy and stability.

  • Interfacing with customers or customer teams on supply escalations and collaboratively defining mitigation actions.

  • Continuous improvement by evaluating process and systems gaps and driving strategic projects.

  • Planning Systems expertise and systems implementation experience.

  • Quality management systems and or Lean quality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, project management, supply chain, computer science, or similar areas.

  • At least 5 year of working experience in a global supply chain environment.

  • PMP certification or equivalent.

  • Advanced education or APICS or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
