ABOUT THE CLIENT
You’ll be working to better understand this Telco’s media partners, the consumers of media, and testing value propositions (offers). Then you’ll translate your findings to influence the delivery priorities.

We define a Senior Lead as someone that has more than 5 years experience, leading other designers, working with product and executives.

You’ll be working to better understand this Telco’s media partners, the consumers of media, and testing value propositions (offers). Then you’ll translate your findings to influence the delivery priorities.

  • Experience with the Australian media streaming content providers (Amazon, Fetch, Netflix, Kayo, Foxtel, etc)
  • Experience creating and validating value propositions (offers)
  • Strong analytical skills; should be able to both conduct research as well as distil existing feedback received from sources and synthesise findings into a manner that the product owner can use to groom their backlog.
  • A strong folio with examples of deliverables in the first half of the double diamond
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
  • Super organised and able to operate in a ‘messy’ setting.

At the telco you'll be part of one of the first teams to deliver large scale transformation in the digital space.

You'll be joining a digital delivery environment where designers are valued.

We need a Senior Lead as you'll be collaborating with executives to design experiences for them. Hence, 5+ years of experience and some of that communicating at the exec level. 

ABOUT THE WORK
You’ll be working with senior stakeholders to drive the design of a billing analytics system that integrates partner portals. Today’s analytics are a major pain-point and this is an urgent initiative with high visibility.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS  
For this role, we are after someone that has:

  • Experience communicating with senior executives, either by representing their team at the executive level or aligning on design decisions.
  • Take an idea from concept to prototype all the way through to delivery
  • Negotiate designs of progressive fidelity (sketches and wireframes using Axure)
  • Support the delivery team and developers in understanding the insight that shaped your design direction
  • Test different designs or refine features through usability testing.
  • Strong mathematical or finance skills (essential).
  • Oversee the delivery of visual design
  • Understand the legal risks and assurance requirements and address any issues in a prompt fashion.

2 x SENIOR DESIGNERS

You'll be joining a digital delivery environment where designers are valued.

You'll collaborate with Customer Experience Designers, Business Analysts, UI designers, legal representatives, brand and developers.

You’ll work to enhance the experience of millions of Australians with this Internet service provider.

We define Senior as having 4 or more years of experience with strong stakeholder management skills gained working at a large corporate.

ABOUT THE WORK
There are multiple streams of work, for one you’ll help design & upkeep their premier app that helps their customers access and manage broadband services. For example, you’ll optimise the purchase flow or help customers troubleshoot their speed issues.

For the other you’ll be joining a team of UX designers, POs, developers, that are successfully developing new revenues in cloud services to large enterprises. This team has agency and the freedom to work like they want to work.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS 

  • Plan and conduct user research and apply the right methodology commensurate with the area of focus, customer interviews, site visits, diary studies, etc - (optional for 1 of the roles - cloud services)
  • Support customer and stakeholder workshops through the synthesis of findings into insights and key quotes.
  • Present your findings and designs through persuasive stories using personas, scenarios and journey maps as well as the creation of new hypothesis.  - (optional for 1 of the roles - cloud services)
  • Take an idea from concept to prototype all the way through to delivery
  • Negotiate designs of progressive fidelity (sketches and wireframes using Axure or Sketch & InDesign)
  • Support the delivery team and developers in understanding the insight that shaped your design direction
  • Test different designs or refine features through usability testing.
  • Oversee the delivery of visual design
  • The cloud UX role requires a strong understanding of IT (education in IT as the software they’ll design helps very technical salespeople sell added services to the network). Necessary for the cloud services role only.
