The MacIntosh Company is looking to hire an Administrator to be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing operations to ensure Resident quality of life, care, and maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Oversee and deliver effective stewardship of all company's resources in delivering quality care of residents and clients while at the same time earning an expected rate of return for the company and investors. Also build trusting relationships with residents and family members, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
