Utilise data tools and formulae to synthesise data sets and create reports/dashboards across the JTC digital customer lifecycle
Implement web/personal data collection, compliance and analytics
Provide process recommendations to meet and exceed customer experience metrics
Identify and work on possible areas of improvement across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Critical thinker with strong foundation in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
Familiar with a range of standard reporting software and best practices for report deployment processes
- Familiar with Qliksense or Tableau
Knowledge of SEO, web and app analytics, as well as social media analytics
Knowledge of design thinking and agile project management process
Data-driven and meticulous with outstanding organisational skills
Strong in project management and a good team player
Good to have:
Experience in Qualtrics and Tableau
Experience in Microsoft Dynamic
Experience in physical and digital touchpoints behaviour tracking
Familiarity with web standards (especially SG Government’s)
