Responsibilities:

  • Utilise data tools and formulae to synthesise data sets and create reports/dashboards across the JTC digital customer lifecycle

  • Implement web/personal data collection, compliance and analytics 

  • Provide process recommendations to meet and exceed customer experience metrics

  • Identify and work on possible areas of improvement across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Critical thinker with strong foundation in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques

  • Familiar with a range of standard reporting software and best practices for report deployment processes

  • Familiar with Qliksense or Tableau
  • Knowledge of SEO, web and app analytics, as well as social media analytics

  • Knowledge of design thinking and agile project management process

  • Data-driven and meticulous with outstanding organisational skills

  • Strong in project management and a good team player


Good to have: 

  • Experience in Qualtrics and Tableau

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 

  • Experience in physical and digital touchpoints behaviour tracking

  • Familiarity with web standards (especially SG Government’s)
