Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


- Procurement of food products and sourcing new suppliers.

- Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.

- Ensure that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards which include handling quotation, issue purchase order, and ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.

- Monthly audit of outlets

- Ad-hoc assignments

Job requirements

- Candidate with relevant experience in the F&B industry would be advantageous.

- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
