  • Oversee solutions deployments and ensures proper business value while maintaining high customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Client facing on business process optimization, implementation and project management.
  • Develop and expand client base in financial institutions.
  • Ensure that works are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements and are within the agreed budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships, breaking down barriers for the team.
  • Support coach and enable partners to drive delivery excellence through customer satisfaction activities and behaviors.

Requirements

[MUST] - Minimum 3 years of experience in MS D365 CRM experience preferred - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong in customer engaement and vendor management
