As a Marketing Coordinator on the B2B Customer Marketing team, you will support a variety of marketing campaigns designed to delight, engage, and help clients achieve success with Penn Foster. Your mission is to support the team in building a community of brand advocates, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Essential Job Functions:
A bachelor?s degree in marketing or business preferred
One (1) year experience in a B2B marketing role preferred
Customer-centric marketer with strong passion for serving and understanding customers
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills to help nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness of customer engagement efforts, test and track campaigns, and use data to drive decision-making
Agency-like mindset with ability to build either customizable or repeatable processes for customer campaigns
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, often under tight deadlines
Genuine collaborative team player who wants to see others and themselves thrive
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) a plus
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
