What do our Brand Standards Collections Administrators do?

The Brand Standards Collections Administrator is responsible for monitoring payments for and collecting on Brand Standards National Accounts outstanding invoices in an accurate and timely manner based on client specification and Steritech standards. They work with Brand Standards Billers, the Reading, PA Cash Entry Team, and our internal systems to ensure all invoices are collected according to clients based on Steritech standard operating procedures.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitor and record payments received for a list of assigned clients
  • Collect on that same list of assigned clients
  • Help collect on a great number of Franchise Owners assigned to team colleagues
  • Work in internal systems for Steritech Brand Standards and Rentokil North America Accounting Systems

What do you need?

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and one year of administrative work experience OR at least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
  • Proficiency in Alloc8 and OnGuard a plus
  • Quick learner with new systems
  • Experience using dual monitors a plus
  • Must have collections experience in communicating with clients in regards to following up with payments on accounts.
  • Must have an advanced experience with Excel functionality, including the ability to create pivot tables, create formulas to calculate spreadsheets. Must have expertise formatting documents in a printable form based on Steritech standards and expectations.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of accuracy when entering and maintaining data in systems
  • Must demonstrate on-brand behavior and superior customer service skills both internally and externally
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
