The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team includes Strategy, Digital Platform and the Innovation Group, and the professional services teams that partner with Consumer Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending and Wealth Management businesses. SDI's focus is on delivering the next generation of best in class Servicing and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and collaborate effectively.

The Role:

Within the Digital organization, the Business Architecture and Analysis (BAA) team is looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis efforts on a scrum team, aligned to one of the customer journeys in the Digital Servicing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Capabilities (Identity Management, Fraud Detection, Secure Data Exchange and Authentication) Communities. As part of a scrum team, you will be building and implementing Digital capabilities and Self Service Experiences, which empower customers and Wells Fargo Bankers to quickly and securely fulfill Digital Banking/Financial needs. As Wells Fargo, transforms to a Digital First, customer-centric self-service strategy to meet customer needs, Digital capabilities, which support customers Self-Serve at home, in Branch and in the Contact Centers are critical to our customer and company's success.

The Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic digital solutions.

Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily standups, lead refinement sessions, author/refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives
Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB, to understand prioritization of stories, and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce business requirement artifacts - including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental (Non- Functional) Specifications - for complex capabilities
Lead refinement sessions with a cross-functional team to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
new processes and capabilities, which may include Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Service Virtualization, Micro-services, API and Use Case 2.0.
Work directly with all levels across the organization including senior management and be considered the highest-level functioning expert
Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
