Develops sales strategy and growth program for company products (Commercial and Nuclear Grade) in Asia Pacific regions.
Identifies market opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to generate leads for possible sales and follow up sales activities (including new build in Nuclear Business segment).
Leads and executes growth plan with Regional Sales Managers to meet/exceed business goals.
Develops sales collateral and training material and create application and industry-based product or solution differentiation messaging and value propositions to promote product offerings, leveraging on the products' technology and branding.
Provides consultation and product training to sales channels, OEMs and direct end users.
Represents Asia Pacific to provide input and feedback to U.S. headquarters product development team to align global product penetration strategy as well as world area demand.
Coordinates with head office product development team to align global product penetration strategy and the Nuclear Inside Sales team to ensure proper terms and conditions, applications review and quotation so that orders meet Nuclear Industry standards.
Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years of sales experience preferably in process automation industry (Nuclear Power Industry will be an advantage).
Excellent product and industry application knowledge of On-Off manual and control valves.
Knowledge and experience with the Industry Standards, EPCs, OEMs and end users are preferred (including customer buying influence, competition and market pricing).
Analytical skills to develop and implement strategic and business plans.
Strong presentation and communication skills and presence.
