Capital Management & Credit Risk Advisor (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.

Analyze and manage risk management issues by developing programs to address capital adequacy and prudent credit risk management standards. Services include: CCAR and DFAST risk assessments, stress testing, enterprise capital planning, end-to-end capital adequacy processes and related key controls, and the development of overall capital management and credit risk management strategies. Help clients manage operational and/or enterprise risks by developing end-to-end capital adequacy processes, which includes governance and oversight, scenario development, capital regulatory reporting, and documentation for horizontal programs. Enable clients to develop and maintain credit risk measurement given industry challenges. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, relative to 15-19 and 15-18 size firms. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the banking industry. Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field and 4 years of work experience in the banking industry.

Must have 4 years of hands-on operational or technical experience in three(3) or more of the following:
- Stress testing, CCAR or DFAST processes, including forecasting methodologies and aggregation processes
- Regulatory reporting for capital relate schedules which must include FY-14As, FRY14-Ms, FY-14Qs, Basel, or FFEIC101
- Basel regulations and end-to-end reporting processes
- Developing regulatory policies and procedures, with implementation experience
- Developing end to end documentation to support stress testing submissions
- Credit risk management reporting, including risk rating systems, counterparty credit risk, or regulatory capital.

Must have 2 years of financial services consulting experience gained at a large global advisory or consulting firm.

Must have 4 years of experience at/advising a financial institution (commercial bank, securities firm, federal reserve, credit rating agency) in risk management, lending, loan review, analytics, capital management, portfolio management, credit risk, financial reporting, or control functions.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, in order to meet project and client expectations.
