PeaceHealth seeks Columbia Network CFO Portland OR/Vancouver WA

We seek a Healthcare CFO who has a proven track record for:

  • Participating in the development of short and long-range goals, objectives, and policies as established by the EVP of Finance and a Board of Directors.

  • Successfully serving as a network change agent, who relies on a cultivated culture of measurable goals.

  • Leading through a combination of direct reporting with finance staff, and matrix relationships with key system and community leadership.

  • Being responsible for ensuring financial performance standards and strategies to be in alignment with a system-wide financial standard and strategy.

  • Providing ongoing financial analysis and variation analysis for all levels of an organization that assists management in enhancing operations.

Qualifications for the CFO – Columbia Network role include:

  • Minimum of 10-yrs of Healthcare financial management and accounting experience, with exposure to third party reimbursement and managed care is required.

  • A Bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree preferred.

  • Current knowledge and anticipatory knowledge of upcoming compliance and financial reporting changes relevant to not-for profit, faith-based health care.

  • Knowledge and experience in conducting financial/business due diligence to support complex business models.

  • Having a CPA, preferred.
