What is your mission?

  • To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
  • To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
  • Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience


    Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with minimum 2 years sales/telesales experience is required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in B2B, B2C sales as well as on-line sales
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic and sales driven with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to speak the following languages to support various countries’ platform
