Job Summary

Under supervision of the OBGYN research manager, this person will assist physicians and clinical research coordinators with performing essential elements of multiple assigned research projects. Duties include screening and obtaining consent for research participants and research data abstraction from patient records. All activities will be performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and one year of patient-related or research experience.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and to interact with various demographic populations.
  • Knowledge of community outreach approaches.
  • Familiarity with REDCap and other data collection tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information.
