Job Description

Growing Construction company is look for Contracts Administrator/Administrative Assistant that comes from the construction industry.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
?Answer telephones and communicate appropriate information to connect callers including information on who to contact when a member of the team is out of the office
to be a part of a major project in Los Angeles area.
- Individual who can prioritize work effectively, adapt to the different working styles of the other members, organize work product and other materials for easy access, and anticipate, communicate, problem solve, and plan for inevitable changes in his/her assignments, workload and deadlines.
-Other tasks and projects as designated

What you'll do:
-Review submitted forms and supporting documents to ensure bidders meet minimum qualifications
-Monitor substitutions including complex requests on mega-projects Update and maintain compliance logs as necessary
-Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying and correspondence Support department on special projects as needed Provide information and status of contracts to Subcontractors, Vendors, Contracts Manager and Operations Team
-Review documents, purchase orders, contracts, buy-sell agreements, rental agreements and leases
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-RFP Knowledge and previous experience
-Construction experience is a must
-Strong communication skills
-Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
-Strong Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills
-Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
-High School/GED minimum education
