Job Scope

  • Provide full admin support to the respective department head 
  • Contribute to the Customer Relations team by providing support on related enquiries through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries).
  • Resolve customer’s complaint/feedback through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare materials necessary for meeting and coordinate booking of meeting rooms
  • Filing, scanning and data entry of documents
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job requirements

  • Min NITEC/Diploma and above in any field
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
  • Prior admin experience is an added advantage
