Conversational Marketing Manager

Job Description

Conversational Marketing Manager The Conversational Marketing team’s looking for someone to scale our messaging strategy across a variety of emerging channels — like onsite chat, WhatsApp and SMS, to name a few. In this role, you’ll use automation and humans together to help visitors learn and engage with HubSpot how they want.

You’ll partner with marketing teams — like Operations and Web Development — to create great experiences. Along the way, you’ll also work with the agents in Sales and Services that your messaging channels and chatbots hand off to. This role reports to the Team Manager, Conversational Marketing and sits within the larger Global Messaging team.

You should apply if: You're excited to write the playbook for how businesses innovate with conversational channels. You believe in the saying “Alignment > Strategy” and can build relationships across a variety of teams.

You believe that there's a tasteful way to use automation that solves for users and humans. In this role, you'll: Research opportunities to improve the Customer Experience at HubSpot.

Break down those ideas into requirements for developers. Build out functionality across various messaging channels and use cases. Enable marketers to take advantage of the work you build.

Run data-driven experiments to optimise conversational experiences. We're looking for someone who's: Excited about automation.

A great customer experience means playing to the strengths of each available communication channel. Passionate about the future of technology. Emerging channels are a once-in-a-decade shift and you can help define it.

Comfortable with ambiguity. The business evolves fast and so do our priorities. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.

But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. HubSpot is a place where everyone can grow. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
