Job Description

In January 2020, the JLL CS business implemented a new operating model that has created an operations enablement team to support the business in turning data into insights.We are seeking a Business Intelligence Sr. Specialist that has responsibility for data, reporting and analytics for JLL CS to drive visibility of performance at an aggregate level across the accounts and across our regions for various types of dashboard needs.This role will partner with our JLLT colleagues in acquiring the data throughout our enterprise and will focus on defining the business requirements and the visualization to drive the identification of insights. The role will be an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge on business intelligence and data analytics.


Key Responsibilities


Work closely with the business to identify needs, determine value drivers for the business and, translate business needs to system and user requirements

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT.

Design automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable improved decision making

Partner with the JLL Technologies group to develop automated Tableau dashboards to provide real-time insights to business data

Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, Tableau and Alteryx and other data manipulation languages

Leverage an analytic mindset to develop visualization of key trends and insights for decision making

Devise and promote creative data visualization to derive actionable intelligence.

Forecast/trending of performance data.

Lead problem solving teams to develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

5-7+ years of experience

Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Integrated Facilities Management

Experience with data visualization and prototyping

Experience with Tableau and Alteryx

High level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) required

Ability to analyze complex data sets

Ability to work directly with key stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous process improvement

Proactive and self-directed in work habits
