Full Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to manage the integrity and validity of the information in the firm's CRM database (ContactEase), including data entry and updates. This position has a visible impact on many marketing, business development and client relationship initiatives throughout the firm by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client and contact data.

Responsible for the overall quality of data by examining and processing contact data changes requested by attorneys, administrative assistants, marketing/business development team members and other staff
Ensure the overall quality of data by performing daily data quality control procedures, including review and completion of data change requests, checking and merging duplicate contacts, standardizing data and ensuring that the necessary data fields are populated according to firm data standards
Process returned/bounced mail, researching mailing resses
Research and verify company mergers/name change/office relocation
Update maintain and document department guidelines, processes and best practices
Maintain mailing lists as well as general searches and reports for targeted mailings
Ensure mailing list subscription data on the firm's website is current and accurate
Conduct regular mailing list review with attorneys, practice groups, industry teams and client service teams
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues when necessary
Collaborate with Marketing Technology Manager on processes or data integration to streamline data intake and management
Contribute to efforts to ensure that the data, and the processes used to and maintain data, are compliant with all applicable privacy laws
Utilize CRM and email marketing system (Vuture) to disseminate marketing communication (client alerts, event invitations, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned

2+ years of experience working with a CRM
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related field ideal
Previous law firm experience preferred
Previous experience working with an email marketing system (preferably Vuture)
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Data management and data manipulations skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication (written and verbal), proofreading and interpersonal skills
