We seek suitably qualified candidates who are keen to pursue a career in contact centre customer service to join our Customer Experience Team.The JobAttend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues

Guide subscribers on digital publications

Handle email correspondences

Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions

Able to interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner.RequirementsDiploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers

Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Familiar with social media channels and platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, chat bots)Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient

Passionate about customer service

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
