Job Description

The positions is under the SGUnited Traineeships Programme. Only candidates with a polytechnic diploma ONLY qualification and graduating in the year 2019/2020 can be considered under the programme. The traineeship duration is for 12 months and we will like the candidate to fulfill the role commit with us for the entire duration.

The trainee will be provided a training allowance of nett $1600 and there will be no CPF contribution as this is a traineeship as per stipulated under the programme. Specific Responsibilities:Trainee to be involved in:1. Day to day operation activities which include picking and packing of sales order and stock management.2. Managing and replying enquiries of customers with regards to their purchases and orders.3.

Manage follow up actions and refunds procedures.4. General company administrative work. Technical Skills and CompetenciesTrainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:1.

Overall operational running of an e-commerce-based retail business.2. Inventory and stock management skills.3. How to deal with customers including processing and resolving issues raised by customers.
