Customer Service Officer / Shopping Mall Concierge
  • Working Location: Sembawang
  • Working Hour: Shift A - 10am to 630pm / Shift B - 130pm to 10pm
  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,100

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide assistance and general information to shoppers.
  • Handle admin work relating to events and mall campaigns (eg. Mall Redemption).
  • Handle shoppers’ feedback and inquiries over the counter and on the phone.
  • Oversee crowd control ambassadors and guiding them as required.
  • Maintain and update stock inventory.
  • Maintain an effective filing system documents.
  • Assist in temperature screening at the mall entrance
  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Mall
  • Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google etc.
  • High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
  • Responsible and takes initiative.
  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills.
  • Good situation handling skillset
  • Singaporean Only
