Customer Service Executive [Concierge / Front Desk / Shopping Complex / Mall]

- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hour: Shift A - 10am to 630pm / Shift B - 130pm to 10pm
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,100
- To provide assistance and general information to shoppers.
- Handle admin work relating to events and mall campaigns (eg. Mall Redemption).
- Handle shoppers’ feedback and inquiries over the counter and on the phone.
- Oversee crowd control ambassadors and guiding them as required.
- Maintain and update stock inventory.
- Maintain an effective filing system documents.
- Assist in temperature screening at the mall entrance
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Mall
- Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google etc.
- High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
- Responsible and takes initiative.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills.
- Good situation handling skillset
- Singaporean Only
