About The Role

Our 'Engine Room' is a team of 90 that provide sales and customer support for all Appliances Online customers. They're ready to answer calls 24/7 and every single day of the year. Post COVID we've found ourselves growing drastically and we need your help to keep up with the 100% increase in calls we've had - we're hiring in BULK!

As a Customer Support Legend, you will provide excellent service to our customers by booking answering their appliance queries, taking payments, changing delivery dates, solving problems, and being an all round customer service superstar.

Your excellent multi tasking skills will allow you to effectively manage multiple customers - our phones ring a LOT and you'll have online chat and emails on the go too. We'll give you plenty of training so you'll be an appliance guru in no time, but to kick goals in this role you'll need to be a quick learner who is great at thinking on their feet, and loves to smash targets.

Your new manager James "JB" Bartlett has high expectations of you, but he'll always back you when you need support and guidance, and will set you up for success with a thorough training program for your first month.

The best thing is, the job doesn't stop with the Engine Room. It's a training ground for tons of awesome opportunities in the Winning Group, and people often find after 12 months doors start opening all over the place for their career.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like

  • Every day you'll have a half an hour stand up with your team where you'll get the latest sales, product or system training
  • Then you hit the sales floor. You'll answer customer enquiries over the phone (45+ calls a day), via online chat (10+ per day) and via email (10+ per day)
  • Smash your daily targets for sales and customer feedback
  • When you get something beyond your skills you'll have your Team Leader as backup, or you'll escalate it to our dedicated Customer Experience team to sort out any curly issues
