Digital Strategist - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternately, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience at a financial services company or as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services.
Must have 4 years of experience managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets; managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; and conflict resolution and consensus building.
Must have 4 years of experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or Visio.
Must have 4 years of experience in IT enablement through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline.
Must have 3 years of experience in at least 3 of the following technical competencies:
- Current and Future State Capability Models
- Translating Strategic Roadmaps into Efficient, Actionable Projects
- Ensure Technology Opportunities in Alignment with Business Strategy
- Information Architecture
- Solution Architecture
- Business Process Design

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
