Responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for healthcare, wellbeing, and multiple other insurance of all US and non-US benefit plans, to ensure alignment to global philosophy for Honeywell's benefit plans. You will ensure the benefit plan designs are cost effective for the organization and our employees.

Analyze dataJOB ACTIVITIESMajor Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:This scope includes responsibility for benefit programs in the US, EMEA, APAC and CANLA regions for approximately 128,000 employees across 74 countries. Charged with the strategic governance of non-US benefit plans covering 75K employees in more than 70 countries, and ensured allegiance to the global philosophy. Assist to develop and drive multi-year strategies to manage plan costs, improve health of population, provide competitive benefits and comply with health care regulation, in the U.S. and internationally
Management of outside consultants, both US and InternationalPartner with consultants and vendors to monitor, scorecard and identify drivers of medical trend to identify price, utilization, vendor, and care management opportunities Partner with internal and external stakeholders (regional benefits teams along with regional and global legal, finance, labor, and procurement teams to bring strategies to fruition.) as appropriate
Management of International healthcare & risk policies, including life, accident, and disability
Charged with the strategic governance of non-US benefit plans covering 75K employees in more than 70 countries, and ensured allegiance to the global philosophy. Provide Corp support to annual U.S. benefits enrollment ensuring changes and requirements are conveyed and implemented. Manage health and wellness communications to employees and family members.
Measure employee engagement in key programs and identify ways to improve results. Handle escalated inquiries to provide clear resolution and minimize legal risk. Maintain deep understanding of applicable laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA, COBRA, PPACA, EEOC) to ensure legal compliance.
