A natural storyteller with an ability to quickly translate both research anddata into actionable recommendations, the Director of Marketing Insights isresponsible for leading strategy and insight development for research andmarketing analytics that will improve both business results and memberexperiences as Ent expands across the state of Colorado. Research: Coordinate enterprise research efforts, including: brandawareness tracking, development and execution of a voice of the customer(VOC) program (omni-channel member experience and satisfaction),member data analysis, new product research and conduct or acquirecompetitive and third-party research to provide insights and education toinform the organizations strategy. This individual will collect, analyze,and recommend marketing research and insights, while building consistent andbest practice research execution across Ent as a new function.
Collaborateclosely with senior leaders, Marketing, Business Intelligence, BusinessUnits, Electronic Banking and Operations in analyzing member feedback,behavior and trends, acting as a trusted research advisor to identify memberexperience improvements and opportunities to develop and communicate acompetitMarketing Analytics:Facilitate marketing scorecard creation, analysis, and review to drivestrategic action. Collaborate with marketing analyst and marketing stakeholders to ensuredata-driven analysis that generates actionable insights to optimize marketingeffectiveness. Partner with Business Intelligence team to effectively gather and use data todrive critical insights.
Drive the strategy for consistent marketing data collection, measurement,and analysis of performance. Ensure marketing data analysis and insights are conducted in a timely andaccurate manner using strong visualizations where beneficial to communicationof information. Facilitate actionable discussions/updates on expansion results andopportunity areas.
Provide guidance for statistically reliable market testing protocols. Research . and.
Voice of Customer (VOC):Formulate and execute marketing research programs that deliver strategicinsights and guide marketing decision making. Develop and coordinate the implementation of a Voice of the Member Program(through omni-channel quantitative and qualitative research) on Entsmember experience, satisfaction and brand experience, includingidentification of technologies to support and consistent reporting mechanismsfor audiences from peers to executives and board members.
Lead market analysis and product research efforts to identify opportunitiesand threats that will guide Ents strategic approach. Lead development of a process to operationalize research insights to driveaction that furthers Ents mission, including facilitating cross-functionaldiscussion and action plans on opportunities, trends, and threats. Collect and provide third party research and competitive intelligence andinsights to inform business and marketing strategy.
Ensure all research is conducted in a best practice manner, educating andconsulting with organizational partners leading individual research efforts;this includes questioning research efforts that are duplicative or not drivingaction. Oversee development of effective survey tools to accomplish research goals. Establish cross-functional relationships at the executive and individualcontributor levels across different departments to develop holistic andcoordinated member survey plans that do not overburden members.
