Passageways is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Partnerships and Alliances to increase our market penetration and revenue growth. In this leadership role you will be responsible for generating company growth and expansion by developing new strategic revenue and non-revenue partnerships as well as managing and growing existing partner relationships. You should have experience creating and developing partnerships, defining and launching operational processes, and achieving revenue-based targets. Our ideal candidate has an impressive track record as a leader in sales, business development, and partnerships.
Define and develop a partnership and business development strategy with milestones to meet internal goals.
Identify, structure, negotiate, and launch new partnerships and business development initiatives.
Manage and grow our existing partner relationships to maximize value for all parties.
Build processes and define best practices to support our network of partnerships, introducing tools and systems as required.
Work collaboratively with leaders across our organization on partnership and business development initiatives and ongoing development.
Create, plan and execute partnership and business development programs and events.
Establish goals and associated KPIs to monitor and enhance partnership and business development activities.
At least 10 years of professional experience in global and SaaS business development, partnerships, and sales.
Proven relationship-builder able to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with board members, executives, managers and individual contributors.
Highly skilled in sales, partnerships, and business development, including identifying business opportunities, managing sales funnels, negotiating and closing deals.
Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships and business development initiatives, identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain exceptional partnerships.
Creative, flexible, and results-focused with the ability to both develop and execute strategies.
