THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a wonderful opportunity for a person who likes to be challenged. You
will provide support in the company's Driver Retention effort. You will do this
by being the first point of contact for the Drivers. You will provide
assistance with issues of general concerns they may have, along with
administrative requests.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
* Manage incoming calls
* Preform HR administrative task such job letters
* Work with drivers on concerns they may have regarding work issues
* Investigate issues and report back to drivers
* Call new drivers at determined intervals to check in
* Attend job fairs
* Help with Driver Barbecues

Experience

Minimum 1 year transportation experience, preferably within a trucking company

QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working directly with drivers would be considered a strong
asset
* Strong computer skills
* Organization and analytical thinking skills
* High sense of urgency and empathy
* Professional telephone manner
