Requirements

J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution, reside in Alaska and in good standing in the Alaskan Bar.

Preferred: 2-3 years minimum discovery experience working with document collections, reviews, and productions or equivalent experience.

E-Discovery Attorneys will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, they may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.

  • Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc.
  • Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
  • Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
