The program’s focus is on building out HubSpot’s technology ecosystem to attract, engage, and delight other leading SaaS companies that will integrate deeply with our platform.

And we want to inspire and enable a new generation of entrepreneurs and startups to create a new economy of successful products and businesses to complement HubSpot. Today, over 400 App Partners build apps, integrations, and extensions to help over 73,000 organizations in over 100 countries who use HubSpot to “Grow Better.”

This number of, and profile of, our app partners is expanding — from venture-backed SaaS companies to “indie” developers building specialized products exclusively for HubSpot customers. As an Enablement Program Manager focused on App Partner growth and success, you’ll help HubSpot scale our technology ecosystem through helping developers and partners build, market, and monetize products and integrations to serve the evolving needs of our customers. In this role, you’ll get to:

Analyze characteristics of successful App Partners across different segments, categories, and regions, to identify best practices  Create enablement content and services to inspire and educate partners on those best practices for building, marketing, and monetizing successful apps in our ecosystem Create enablement content and services for HubSpot teams and solutions partners to better understand the value and benefits of App Partner products — wiki posts, talks, science fairs, “app partner advocate” programs, etc.

Orchestrate opportunities for App Partners to amplify distribution of their solutions through HubSpot channels, including marketing, sales, customer success, solutions partners, campaigns, and events Coordinate inclusion of App Partners in product category launches, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing and Platform Marketing teams Work cross-functionally with HubSpot developer advocates, partner marketers, product managers, engineers, analysts, and others to achieve shared goals

Evangelize the App Partner Program to new developer audiences through writing and speaking Cultivate community within the App Partner ecosystem, especially within key geographic markets such as San Francisco, Boston, and Dublin Gather internal and external feedback to improve the App Partner Program, and HubSpot’s Platform/Products

We are looking for people who have: A broad understanding of marketing technology and SaaS platform ecosystems A proven ability to build partnerships and relationships with consumer and/or technology products and platforms

Experience as a builder or influencer of early stage product development A proven track record of initiating and driving early stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems and strategies of scale Experience working in a fast moving environment, dealing with a high-degree of ambiguity

An ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects at once Communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with familiarity and fluency in technical concepts and associated language A demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, forming recommendations and actionable plans
