The ERP Program launched in January 2020 composed of a multi-disciplinary
team with varied experience, qualifications and skills that contribute to
the achievement of the program s specific ERP objectives. The team is
involved in a mix of medium to large ERP projects & initiatives including
participation on projects & initiatives across HoC corporate service


The Program Planner oversees and coordinates the scheduling of projects
and initiatives, monitors and analyses project execution and performance.
Main responsibilities include establishing, organizing, managing, and
implementing effective planning and reporting activities to achieve
desired outcomes and realise benefits of strategic importance to the ERP
Program. The incumbent will define and implement new processes aligned
with the ERP objectives. The incumbent will propose improvements and will
deal with various level of stakeholders. The incumbent will work closely
with the ERP management team and support them in a fast pace environment.


The incumbent is highly analytical, measures and evaluates project
performance in order to identify trends, issues and critical activities
requiring attention. The ideal candidate is autonomous and is not afraid
to take initiatives and influence other stakeholders. The incumbent
ensures resources are effectively utilized based on capacity of the team
and skills and recommends and applies corrective actions for improvement
when needed.

* Prerequisites
* EducationPost secondary degree in information technology OR information
management OR in a related field OR an acceptable combination of
education, training and experience.ExperienceExperience in the
development, implementation, management and monitoring of annual,
quarterly and weekly planning and reporting processes to measure the
results based on plans;Experience in monitoring and reporting on program
strategies, plans, priorities and resources;Experience in the
prioritization, planning and management multiple projects, initiatives
and operations activities;Experience in identifying and optimizing
opportunities for process improvements of operational practices and
procedures;Experience in the development, management, reviews of business
processes used in an IT department;Experience in dealing with internal
and external stakeholders at different level;Experience in leading IT or
Process Improvement projects is an asset.

* This selection process is restricted to employees working at the House of
