This position is: Full Time Position Location: Houston, Texas

Flow Chem Technologies, a Dorf Ketal global production chemical company, seeks an Executive Sales Professional that will be responsible for the Gulf of Mexico, Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin Up-Stream and Mid-stream markets. The ideal candidate will be a professional sales person with a proven track record with existing contacts in oil and gas production services in this region. Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute sales plan to meet regional sales goals.
  • Develop new long term relationships with Oil and Gas producers and marketers utilizing our services in the region and potentially new regions as we expand our footprint.
  • Work with account managers in each sub region to solicit and develop relationships with their customers in other areas that we presently do not service them.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, self-driven, highly motivated, goal oriented individual.
  • Ability to multi task with minimal supervision.
  • 7+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of sales and territory growth.
  • Overnight travel required.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of sales and territory growth.
  • High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal business systems.
  • Prior successful account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
