Job Description

You will be required to:

Act as referral point to WSG/e2i to perform job matching and  employment services via WSG’s MyCareersFuture and other government employment services portal for the Indian community Work with e2i/Grassroots Organsations to jointly organize at least 1 career fair to help match beneficiaries of SINDA to jobs that are available by Industry partners and collaborations Enhance the skills upgrading and employability of the Indian Community in Singapore by promoting relevant government initiatives on training and employment facilitation Serve as the Indian Business Leaders Roundtable (IBR) Secretariat (including managing 2 sub-committees in IBR) Record, maintain and generate statistical reports for programmes and activities. Any other duties assigned by the department.  

Job Specifications

Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience with good industry knowledge and/or experience in jobs matching/career counselling would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills Ability to work well with volunteers & community leaders Good in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Knowledge in Data Management Systems
