Texas Woman's University College of Nursing is comprised of three large campuses located in the cities of Denton, Dallas, and Houston. The T. Boone Pickens Institute of Health Sciences-Dallas Center is at the heart of the Southwestern Medical District surrounded by four hospitals. We invite applications for clinical track faculty positions at the Houston J. and Florence A. Doswell College of Nursing in the Dallas metroplex. Our distinguished faculty are committed to excellence in teaching, practice, service, and scholarship.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated clinical expertise in Advanced Practice Nursing with Nurse Practitioner specialization in primary care or acute care. This non-tenure track position includes didactic and clinical teaching that may extend across the Bachelor’s, Master’s APRN and/or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs; clinical scholarship; and service to the college, university, community, and profession. Specific areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's experience and the teaching needs of the academic programs. The applicant will have an earned practice doctorate in nursing (DNP), hold NP licensure and certification in one or more specialties, and be eligible for RN licensure in the state of Texas.
