Title: Field Building Associate Position Description We are looking for a detail oriented and inquisitive individual to provide TEMPORARY support on: LA:RISE programmatic support and coordination Partnership management Communications and marketing

Full-time 40 hour position Location: Remote until September. Potentially moving to onsite at 801 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles Essential Responsibilities Support LA:RISE Program Management Lead Relationship Manger with a minimum of 5 LA:RISE partners including Social Enterprises, Worksource Centers, America's Job Centers of California Centers, and other programmatic partners in achieving individual contractor goals and program execution.

Supports LA Manager and Regional Partnerships Director in managing the LA city and county government relationships and other initiatives Responsible for helping create program materials, standard operating procedures, and training materials Assists in in updating program materials and be comfortable utilizing various online platforms and programs Supports LA:RISE program operations including any process or program improvements Responsible for assisting with program data management including collection, reporting, and analysis for external and internal stakeholders Develop Learning Community within LA:RISE Partnership Assist with quarterly LA:RISE all partner academy meetings for both city and county Attend and support committee and working group meetings as assigned to promote REDF and social enterprises Support Strategic Communications Organize internal communication, fundraising, finance, and programmatic efforts necessary to implement partnerships Work with REDF communications and to develop and disseminate high quality communications that advance general or specific knowledge of the social enterprise value chain or talent development solutions Develop and organize communications and outreach marketing and collateral including testimonials, reports, and flyers for internal and external stakeholders Desired Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business, social science (or other relevant degree) and 2-5 years of experience. Understanding of Los Angeles workforce, homelessness, opportunity youth and reentry services is a plus Experience with community engagement and online community management and/or learning for non-profit organization Excellent critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and writing skills Strong skills in project management, client relationship management, writing, meeting facilitation and public speaking Skill with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Wordpress, MailChimpand ability to work extensively at a computer Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) with basic reporting and analysis ability. Enjoy working independently or in a team environment Ability to work in a matrix organization and an open office environment THE REWARDS Compensation: range based on work experience and/or degrees $22 - $28: HS and 1-3 years of research/data search entry or B.A. plus 1 year exp. $26 - $45: HS and 4+ years of research/data search entry or B.A. plus 2-4+ years exp.
