The Business Development and Training organization within Wealth Management focuses on the strategy and day-to-day management of Business Development, Product Distribution, and Field Engagement to assist Financial Advisors in better serving client needs. Field Engagement is responsible for the adoption of Modern Wealth Management across our Financial Advisors and clients. The organization includes Training Design & Development, the Virtual Engagement Associate Program, coordination of engagement & adoption activities, as well as dashboard and analytic reporting. Additionally, Field Engagement works closely with senior management across Wealth Management divisions as well as business partners to coordinate and drive the Firm’s overall growth initiatives.
Work closely with the Head of Field Engagement to drive the planning of various key strategic initiatives related to the engagement of Modern Wealth Management
Implement strategic and tactical solutions to achieve desired growth objectives
Develop and deliver presentations regarding initiatives and business strategies for Senior Management
Effectively interact with a broad range of cross functional business partners and the Field – including the Wealth Management business, IT, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Compliance; escalates and coordinates decision making
Track and overall project manage a multitude of projects and initiatives across Field Engagement for reporting up to the Head of Field Engagement
Oversee all reporting and analyses related to Field Engagement programs and initiatives
Manage coordination of business-related processes of Field Engagement including budget oversight, consultant, contract and invoice management
Coordinate town halls or other team wide events and involvement with employee process and engagement initiatives
