Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Service Management,
Integration, and Transport (SMIT) is one the largest IT services program for
the Navy and U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), supporting approximately 400,000 seats
around the world. Under SMIT, the SMIT contractor will provide enterprise
services to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN), Navy-Marine Corps
Internet (NMCI), and OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) including
transport, datacenter, network operations, service desk, cybersecurity, and
managed services. CDW-G will be supporting the SMIT contractor in several of
these service areas.

CDW currently seeks a Managed Print Specialist to join our NGEN SMIT
team.

The Managed Print Specialist will work within a fast-paced environment,
supporting the overall managed print solution for printers Regionally to ensure
our client's print services are optimized and reliable.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversight of the remoteimplementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairof printers in an enterprise environment

+ Serve as company liaisonwith client and vendors on administrative and technical matters related toprint management

+ Interpret clients' needsand helps work towards resolution.

+ Lead, implement, andtroubleshoot complex and specialized print solutions

+ Responsible foraddressing escalated break/fix issues

+ Consult with leadershipto identify inventory stocking levels and reorder points of the spare poolinventory

+ Clearly communicateservice offerings and performance expectations to leadership

+ Provide copies of allrelevant information from any Third-Party supplier agreements, whennecessary

+ Advise customer ofchanges in hardware or software that is determined to be incompatible,unapproved, or non-standard.

+ Work with vendors,client, and CDW leadership to develop printing strategy

+ Manage to metrics toensure SLA compliance

+ Maintain vendor relationships

+ Lead and facilitate thedevelopment of common print management practices

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

+ ActiveDOD Secret Clearance

+ HighSchool Diploma or equivalent

+ Intermediateunderstanding of the appropriate physical hardware

+ Abilityto balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needsof the business while meeting deadlines

+ Solidverbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical information to a non-technical audience

+ Abilityto understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information

+ Abilityto compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Technicalcertifications associated to the chosen professional track

+ ITIL

+ A+ orNetwork+ MCSAor MCSE certifications

+ BasicPowerShell scripting

+ BasicLinux administration (Red Hat Preferred)

+ Basicunderstanding of certificate management and PKI infrastructure

+ Basicunderstanding of virtualization (VMware Preferred)

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ Comprehensive knowledge of department'sservice offerings

+ Experience with Adobe creative suite

+ Proficient in Microsoft Access and SQL
