FP&A, Senior Finance Analyst

This exciting opportunity is available within JLL’s Corporate Solutions business supporting a financial services client in Charlotte, NC. You will partner internally and externally across the organizations to develop complex corporate real estate strategies supported by operational, financial, and organizational analyses to assist our client in optimizing their real estate solutions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This position encompasses strong analytical and financial skills as well as organizational and client management skills.
Lead the quarterly forecast process, working with cross functional teams and ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results
Develop and prepare internal quarterly financial forecast package from various tools
Preparation of detailed financial modeling for transaction activity under consideration to support the overall business case development
Perform a lead role in the financial analysis to execute forecasting and planning of all cost associated with activity within region or portfolio of responsibility
Proactively manage execution of client deliverables to ensure excellence and consistency
Support of presentation materials for executive level forecast, transaction reviews and approvals
Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including informal and formal internal and client-ready financial models, reports, graphs, charts and presentation for decision making
Superior analytical skills, strong attention to detail and ability to highlight the most important take-aways.
Assist in efforts to leverage insights, collaboration, and delivery to ensure that we remain the industry leader in product innovation
Supervision of analyst including analysts within a matrix reporting structure
We are looking for an experienced client advisor and strategist, with strong skills in problem solving and client management as evidenced by prior work and educational history.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting; MBA and/or CPA is highly desirable
Public Accounting or Large Corporation experience a plus
At least five years of work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Supervision or team lead experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work with large data sets and compilation of quantitative data
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrating confidence in building and effectively maintaining positive relationships with clients (internal and external) and co-workers
Ability to integrate across finance and account service lines; connecting dots across key responsibilities and multiple service lines
Sharp analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to communicate results both orally and written
Strong execution skills with the ability to convert strategies to actions and results
Ability to influence partners and teammates
Highly organized with effective time management skills
High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability
Experience with modeling and analyses in excel; including net present value, internal rate of return, cash flow, and P&L
