Global Market Insights Lead - HQ - Spain


Job Description

The Global Market Insights Lead will work closely with the Global team to provide a strategic vision of the dermatology market and recommendations that will help to ensure new launches reach their full potential. They will do this by delivering strategic analyses of various markets (particularly US and EU), focusing on the competitive market environment, competitive positioning and our customers (both behavior and perception) in key strategic disease areas. This is a global role reporting to the Head of Global Market Insights that requires close collaboration with various teams including Global Commercial Operations, Innovation & New Product Planning, M&A/Corporate Development & Licensing, affiliates etc.

The GMI Lead will need to work closely with the other team members to deliver detailed opportunity assessments and forecasts relative to the competitive dynamics and changing market environments, incorporating market research, competitive intelligence and analytics.  They will take the lead with new business development forecasting activities, working alongside other team members, counseling leaders and providing guidance around problem structuring and interpretation of analyses.
