Head of Business
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- As Head of Business, you will be responsible for communicating FM's service value proposition, understanding clients' needs, determining optimal team configurations, negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, working closely with delivery teams to meet or exceed sales objectives, lead marketing initiatives and accountable for day-to-day business operations.

- Demonstrated track record of sales deal execution in a digital consulting environment / start-up / SaaS preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from pre-sales to closing and through delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Inquisitive and solutions-oriented mindset to address needs that supports client's business objectives.
- Ability to drive multi-stream solutions and new business revenue through internal digital product initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, strategic skills and pragmatic thinker.
- Ability to communicate effectively, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural remote teams.
- Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources and independence.
- Product management experience is a plus.
