Job Description

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Sales responsibility for the product lines mobile communication antennas and filters in the region
  • Manage the sales territory of MOAI & MNEA for Kathrein Mobile Communication (KMC) including business development, operational sales management (area sales management, partner management, regional Key Account Management)
  • Realize the KMC strategy for the responsible region, translating market needs, industry trends and innovation requirements into business strategies, growth plans and action plans
  • Establish co-operations and partnerships with customers in order to fuel strategic regional growth
  • Collaborate and align with Market Area domain organization and customer units
  • Target setting, management by objectives and business target agreements
  • Sales planning and sales reporting to KMC headquarter (Rosenheim - Germany)
  • Annual business planning
  • Education: University degree in engineering and/or business management
  • Min years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 10 years of experience in an international leadership position
  • Extensive experience in handling of large accounts with a global / multi-national customer base
  • Strong business acumen, client centric philosophy
  • Consistent track record of delivering strong business results
  • Business and profit minded with related technical know-how
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, distinctive ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and suppliers as well as employees and corporate headquarters
  • Exihibited strong leadership, ability to motivate, leading culturally diverse teams and individuals
  • We are a global team and cultural awareness is key
