Then come in and join our ASEAN team as Head of Ultrasound, ASEAN to be responsible for driving the development of the Ultrasound business in ASEAN zone to achieve the sales & marketing goals of the Ultrasound Business Area (BA) in the Asia Pacific region.
Your mission and responsibilities:
You will drive the overall ultrasound business for the assigned zone and countries
You will be the regional interface to country for ultrasound products and pricing inquiries
You will be the primary contact for product related inquiries
You will monitor, analyze the market for existing and new products in pricing (M1-M3) segments and clinical (Radiology, Cardiology, Point of Care, Obstetrics & Gynecology) segments
You will drive the Ultrasound business and monitor/ follow-up on revenue, profit and unit achievement in assigned countries
You will conduct regular weekly calls for order and revenue tracking and detailed monthly and quarterly business reviews for performance tracking including pricing, profit and SG&A
You will conduct sales presentations, product positioning pitches and product configurations of the Ultrasound portfolio been proposed to customers
You will conduct product trainings for sales and applications persons in countries for both direct (including multimodality sales team) and indirect channel partners
You will gather market intelligence and competitor information about competing ultrasound products, understand the competing features, trends and utilize this knowledge in contributing towards value-argumentation and positioning statements for Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound systems
You will manage participation in key marketing events and represent Siemens Healthineers in major Ultrasound and Healthcare Imaging events in the Asia Pacific region as speakers and presenters
You will provide clinical and technology updates regularly to customers and focus on developing relationship with Key Luminaries and Opinion Leaders in the region
You will develop and maintain relationships with regional KOL’s for
Advocacy/ Reference Sites/ Speaking/ Teaching Events
- Marketing Collateral/ Sales Tools (case studies, white papers, images)
Your key interfaces will the ASEAN Business Head and ASEAN Finance Head, Ultrasound Country Head and Finance Head, Marketing Team and Ultrasound Regional HQ Team

Your qualifications and experiences:
You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or Engineering
You have 15 years of experience in sales and marketing of Ultrasound products
You possess product and market knowledge of Ultrasound systems sold in ASEAN or Asia Pacific region
Your personality and skills:
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
You are good in creating strategic business plan, communication and presentation skills
Your ability to build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure success in this role
You enjoy working in a team environment, sensitive to cultural diversity and language level. This position covers the ASEAN region, understanding of the region and how business is conducted are essential qualities
