Roles & Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Director is to achieve the revenue goals for the organization. You are to create the business plan that will achieve the Client and revenue targets as agreed with management. You will be responsible for setting up the Sales team in Singapore, and eventually the region. You would have sales and delivery experience in the HCM space, with a proven track record for sales to medium to large organizations (> 100 employes)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an executable Sales Plan for key markets of Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
  • Attract and hire best in breed sales talent
  • Identify and develop client relationships to secure new business opportunities
  • Build long lasting relationships at C-suite level
  • Provide thought leadership in the HCM space.


  • Proven track record in delivering Sales objectives. HCM sales a plus
  • > 7 years' experience in Client Relationship Management, sales or demonstrated success across relevant competencies
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related.
  • Good knowledge of existing benefit programs and why companies implement one benefit program over others.
  • Able to work independently and proactively drive sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.
