Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance and Investment Reporting, you will
be responsible for supporting outstanding client service as well as
contributing to the firm s overall communications and reporting processes.
You will work closely with the Institutional and Private Client groups to
support their initiatives as well as other internal groups when necessary.

This role is a great opportunity to collaborate with different groups across
the firm in an effort to provide outstanding client experience as well as to
contribute towards prospect and business development opportunities. This is a
dynamic role that will result in extensive knowledge of Burgundy s investme
approach and business operations. It is also an opportunity to develop
relationships across the firm, in the common goal of delivering high-quality
reporting.

Responsibilities

Liaise between the Investment Reporting team and the Instituti
Client teams
Work with both client Relationship Managers and Portfolio Mana
generate high quality client and prospect materials
Complete presentations and marketing materials for client and
meetings
Complete RFPs (request for proposal), RFIs (request for inform
and DDQs (due diligence questionnaire) for Institutional and Private Client
groups
Complete monthly and quarterly client/consultant requests, ran
from data submission to portfolio analysis
Collaborate in completing team responsibilities, such as
presentations, firm-wide reporting and updating consultant databases

Skills and Specifications

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mult

communication skills
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with co
Timely and efficient with both individual and collaborative ta
Highly motivated towards achieving and exceeding goals
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Pow
and Excel

Required Qualifications

3-5 years financial industry experience
Bachelor s Degree
Actively pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) design
