Job Description

Halsell Oil & Gas is seeking a Mineral Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Position will be responsible for actively reaching out to mineral owners to acquire their mineral and royalty interest in the Permian Basin of West Texas.

This is a fully-remote position that will require you to be on the phone and send emails for the majority of the day. This is a great position for people who are wanting to meet and build rapport with industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Present pre-analyzed material and engage owner interest in selling property
  • Consistently call 300+ leads a day using company software
  • Quickly communicate prospects to land manager.
  • Continually follow up on owners in pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication techniques
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Ability to naturally build rapport with owners quickly and understand their needs
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self motivated to hit personal and company goals

There is plenty of room for advancement within the company for individuals that are driven and motivated to succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day
