 Our client, is a well-established and thriving practice led by a team of prominent Specialists.  They offer specialised equipment and services to their patients. The practice is committed to providing exceptional service to their patients.
 
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting of patients
  • Booking appointments and procedures
  • Management of all patient data, correspondence
  • Invoicing and receipting of consultations
  • Assisting Practice manager with general administration
  • Utilising Genie software
To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
