Merchant Success Manager/ Marketing Manager


Job Description


Assists registered merchants in the marketing, branding of their online stores

Meet targets in individual online store success metrics

Identify, engage and implement different strategies to ensure online store success metrics are met

Assists in one or more of the following activities depending on strengths: (a) contents writing (blogs, social media), (b) designs creation (EDMs, Images), (c) short video on individual store, (d) SEO, (f) Other forms of marketing (including webinars)

Assist Merchant Success Team, Merchant Acquisition Team and BD Team to increase conversion of free trial users to paid subscribers

Implement, Prepare and Present webinars, company meetings and follow-up to acquire prospective users


Doing things in about one-third the time that most competent people think will be possible

You MUST be proficient in one or more of the following skillsets: (a) contents writing (blogs, social media), (b) designs (EDMs, Images), (c) short video creation, (d) On-page or Off-page SEO, (f) Other forms of marketing (including webinars, or news PR)

Good Knowledge in Ecommerce Tools & Platforms such as Mailchimp, Shopify, SEO, FB Adverts, etc is a MUST

Prior experience in ecommerce, catalgoue management and building your own online store on shopify etc is a plus

Good presentation, and contents skills (including slides preparation or fronting webinars)

Fluent and written english and bonus mandarin chinese
