Mgr I Plan Prod Control
This position is responsible for leading the Production Control Organization in support of the Advance Products Center (APC) Programs in the North Building in Richardson, Texas.
Major responsibilities include tasks of day to day; Managing PRISM functions, assess supply resources, aggregate and prioritize demand profile requirements, plan inventory, distribution requirements, material for all products and all activities impacting hardware build and VM & shop floor coordination.
Other tasks may include assessing rough cut capacity for current and short term manufacturing, participate in resource planning and end of life management & product line management. This role will work closely with the Integrated Planning function to level load all demand requirements, execute Rapid Response simulations and develop IT solutions to streamline demand planning to better execute customer requirements. In this role the creation & use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.
This job requires clear and effective communication skills that will be utilized to provide daily briefings and reporting pertaining to operations.
This position requires a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment as well as driving organization change and process improvements.
The ability to interface with all levels of management in an OPM environment is essential to perform in this job. This individual will also be expected to promote Raytheon Technologies key values, facilitate problem resolution and apply Raytheon Technologies Six Sigma.
Minimum of (6) six year experience in Operations Production/Inventory Control/Supply Chain and material management policies and processes.
The ability to interface with multiple levels of management in an IPT environment with effective communication skills.
The ability to interact with internal and external customers with respect to product/material planning, problem resolution and process improvement
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and lotus notes.
Demonstrated expert level execution in PRISM, VM, iMRO, APEX, SAP & Rapid Response.
Enable the maintenance of BOMs and Master Schedules in the support of successful quarterly MMAS Audits.
Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment using Raytheon Technologies key values.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Clearance which is required after one year of employment
MUST be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within one year of employment start date U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
