In light to the Covid-19, we urgently need a qualified Network support technician to functionally back up our current and future remote/distance work setting: Duties and Responsibilities: Assess, install, maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and operating system, and software applications particularly for remote/distance work setting Redesign or modify any selected online working applications tools to accommodate the companys needs Instruct, direct, support and supervise any user of the online operating system Analyze and document usage log and records of the online operating system to evaluate its efficacy; and seek opportunities for optimization

Back-up information with high confidentially and perform post-hazard data recovery if necessary Test, debug and troubleshoot any usage barriers regarding the online working system Perform net-based maintenance for the online operating system to ensure its functional effectiveness, and delivery a friendly user experience Perform net-based security control to protect any data of importance and high confidentially Administrate the central consoles and server to assure the efficiency and effectiveness of both the front-end and back-end Monitor and document, and report any corporate activities occurred within the online operating system for referential purpose Control and monitor e-mail use, Web navigation, and installed software Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting tasks Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience as a Network/Web support technician Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in Network/Web troubleshooting Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in Network/Web maintenance and optimization Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in Network/Web security and quality control Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in Network/Web efficacy analysis Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in corporate Network/Web management Personal Suitability: Self-driven, detail-oriented and organized Team spirit with the sense of collaboration and cooperation High accountability with positive work attitudes Strong judging and analytical ability Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong sense of confidentiality Supervisory ability Sustained attention span Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals, objectives & deadlines Proven multi-tasking ability while maintaining quality performance levels Skillset Requirements: Highly proficient in scripting and programming Highly proficient in database management Highly proficient in software/application redesign Highly proficient in troubleshooting and debugging Highly proficient in post-hazard information recovery Highly proficient in hardware and software testing and evaluation and installation Highly proficient in front-end and back-end control Highly proficient in hardware configuration, installation Knowledge of computerized remote/distance working tools and applications, an asset Education: A Bachelors Degree of Computer Science, Computer System, Web Technology, or related field is required
